The apartment is located on the 2nd (and last floor) of the castle. It has exposed beams and an atypical mezzanine. It is composed as follows:
- On the main level: a living room with kitchen, living room and lounge, 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 * 2000 bed; one with a 160 * 200 bed divisible into 80), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
- In duplex: a mezzanine, low ceiling, with 2 beds in 90, a small open shower room and a separate toilet.
A laundry room with 3 washing machines is at your disposal on the 2nd floor (shared with the 5 other apartments).
Outside, several spaces with garden furniture and barbecues are set up in the park, including a covered area with sinks. The estate is bordered to the north by the train line, all the accommodation, the park and the activities (tennis, games) are to the south. This magnificent Estate was the holiday resort of the Countess of Ségur who inspired her most beautiful novels! Here, a change of scenery is guaranteed: the castle park is very large and very rich: outbuildings, a wood, a meadow where deer come to stroll, in an exceptional panorama with private pedestrian access to the Auray river and the viaduct. All nature lovers will be delighted and children will be enchanted by the large garden, the tennis court and the other possibilities for outdoor games (table tennis, badminton, trampoline, swing set, bowling green, etc.). But above all, the estate's greatest attraction is its large 16 x 8 m outdoor swimming pool.
