VILLA CALMA - Santa Cristina de Aro
villa for rent situated in a quiet urbanisation with communal swimming pool situated in the urbanisation.
It is located in an idyllic setting in a cul-de-sac with easy access to the main coves and beaches of the Costa Brava.
The house consists of: when we go through the entrance door we find a spacious living room with open plan kitchen, dining area and living room, we also find a bathroom with shower, we go up four steps and we find the night area, with two bedrooms with double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds and a complete bathroom with bathtub. The house has a terrace with table and chairs, parking area and garden. The house is complemented by a wide range of additional services and amenities:
- Outdoor table and chairs- Kitchenette- Dining-living room- Spanish television- Terrace- Car park- Communal area with swimming pool, tennis courts and playground (at 750m)
The tourist tax will be charged, one euro per person per day. Maximum seven euros per person.Unfortunately, we cannot accept groups under the age of 25 at this property.Key delivery and collection will take place at our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
