Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A lovely living area with a lounge, TV, board games and a wood-burning stove. - 1 study - A dining room seating 10 people - A fully equipped kitchen - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - One bedroom with two single beds - One bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet - A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer On the first floor: - 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) - 1 bathroom with 1 bath - 1 separate toilet Outdoors: - A large landscaped garden covering over 1,500 m² - A south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue - A second terrace with garden furniture The house is set in pleasant, peaceful surroundings, surrounded by greenery, whilst still being close to Vannes.
It is an ideal base from which to explore the Gulf of Morbihan, its villages, beaches and numerous walking trails. Belle longere avec de beaux volumes, ideale pour notre groupe de 10 adultes. Beaux extérieurs et à proximité de plusieurs lieux touristiques. Le passage des trains n'est qu'une faible nuisance sonore.Hébergement que nous recommandons.
