Luxury Villa, Luxurious Villa with direct access to the beach
In the garden, there is a beautiful pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas for resting and relaxing, a shower, and a stone barbecue.
Parking on the property for several cars, as well as a double garage, are naturally available on this villa estate.
On the upper floor: there is 1 master bedroom with a bathroom, balcony, and a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea, 1 suite with its own bathroom, and 2 additional bedrooms (one with a sea view) with their own bathrooms.
There is also a large gallery with a marble staircase leading to the lower level. On the ground floor: there is a large reception area with access to another bedroom, a guest toilet, a spacious, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an island (American refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, etc.), a dining area that connects the large windows/doors to the garden, a living room with a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Naturally, there is also a utility room equipped with a new washing machine. Enjoy this wonderful villa with charm. The security deposit must be paid into the landlord's account 24 hours before check-in. The account details will be provided to the tenant before their arrival.
The deposit will be refunded 48 hours after check-out, after the property has been inspected, provided there are no damages and no complaints about noise/music (after 12:00 AM). It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to hold PARTIES in the VILLA, to smoke, or to use smoke machines.
The security deposit will be retained in case of complaints from neighbors or authorities to cover potential fines. Check-in time is always between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and check-out time is always between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. This is with the exception of a possible early check-in and late check-out, which must be agreed upon IN WRITING beforehand. This is by no means a final agreement, as it always depends on the availability of the property and any potential bookings that may be made before or after your stay. Outdoor shower by the pool, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, direct access from the garden to the sandy beach and the Mediterranean Sea, exclusive restaurant in the immediate vicinity.

La villa en general está increíble. Las vistas del mar, impresionantes. Apreciamos mucho la proximidad a la playa y la tranquilidad.
Nada. Por poner algo a mejorar. Revisaría la iluminación interior. Nos pareció algo tenue en algunas estancias.
Exceptional
