The holiday flat is located in a well-kept, extensive holiday complex in the centre of Neddesitz - municipality of Sagard and offers the ideal starting point for excursions across Germany's largest island!
In the holiday complex you can take advantage of extensive leisure and sports facilities.
The swimming pool is only a few steps away. There you can have fun and relax in the spacious pool area with slide, a toddler pool, a spacious sauna area and in the large beauty and wellness area! Please note that admission to the fun pool is not included in the price!

The holiday flat no. 35 with its own entrance has a size of approx. 55 sqm and is located on the ground floor of a beautiful holiday home. The 2-room flat can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The flat consists of a bedroom, a large living room with open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace.

The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The spacious and bright living area offers space for two additional sleeping guests with a pull-out sofa bed. There is a dining table next to a sofa corner. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a hob with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. Other kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle are of course part of the basic equipment!
Large floor-to-ceiling windows give you access to the terrace. Linger here for many sunny hours with a wonderful view of the greenery.
The daylight bathroom with shower and WC is bright and modern.
Wi-fi is free of charge in the flat, you just need to request a code at the hotel reception. If you would like to sit down at the breakfast table during your holiday, this is also no problem! You can book an extensive breakfast on site at the hotel.
Of course, there is a free car park in the immediate vicinity. It is numbered with the flat number 35.
