The flat house is located not far from the yacht and sailing harbour in the centre of the popular holiday resort of Wiek. Each flat in the well-kept complex has its own car parking space. A large garden, a coin-operated washing machine and a tumble dryer are available to all guests for communal use. The Wieker Bodden is only about 100 metres away. There are several restaurants, a grocery shop and a bicycle hire shop in the immediate vicinity. The nearest sandy Baltic Sea beach is in Juliusruh. The flats are very suitable for anglers due to their proximity to the harbour and the Bodden waters. There is a separate storage room for fishing gear and for hanging up outdoor clothing.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of the well-kept Hafenresidenz apartment building near the Wieker harbour and sleeps 3 people. There is a combined living/bedroom with a double bed and a single bed as well as a flat-screen TV. A small kitchenette is integrated into the living area with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and of course a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. The flat has a car parking space no. 35 directly at the house. The garden next to the house is for communal use. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer for communal use as coin-operated machines as well as bicycle storage facilities.
