Villa Seeblick was built in 1999 and is located in Alt-Sassnitz directly on the beach promenade with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea.
The old town of Sassnitz, with its spa architecture, has a very special charm.
The mix of lovingly restored, renovation-needed, and also new houses, along with the winding alleys and stairs, creates a Mediterranean flair.
Restaurants and cafes in the old market square and on the beach promenade invite you to linger.
Due to its beautiful location in Sassnitz's old town, you can easily reach not only the extensive beech forests of Jasmund National Park, the chalk cliffs, or the town center on foot, but also the Sassnitz yacht and fishing harbor with the longest outer pier in Europe and its various restaurants and eateries, which are located in close proximity to the apartment building.
There is a lift in the building.
Parking spaces are available in the multi-storey car park at the harbor.
In Villa Seeblick, you have an elevator and a staircase for the upper floors.
The fully equipped holiday apartment is located on the top floor of Villa Seeblick with a dreamlike view of the Baltic Sea and over the old town.
The apartment, completely renovated in July 2017, features a shower room, a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed and flat-screen TV, as well as a cozy living area with a large south-facing window front that offers a wonderful, wide view of the Baltic Sea.
Connected to the charmingly furnished living room, you will find the separate but open kitchen area with a modern fitted kitchen.
This is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and many other kitchen utensils.
The dining area is located in front of the large window front in the living room.
Enjoy, for example, the sunrise here with a cozy breakfast.
The living area includes a pull-out sofa bed for two people, a radio, and a large flat-screen TV.
Further amenities of the cozy apartment include an ironing board and an iron.
The parking space for the apartment is located in the multi-storey car park at the city harbor, approximately 500 m away.

Het uitzicht op de zee is adembenemend. Iedere dag zaten we uren aan de eettafel bij het raam. De stilte en alleen het geluid van de golven was het toppunt van ontspanning
Het matras is behoorlijk ingezakt, misschien een nieuw matras? En de douchebak was behoorlijk glad. Verder was alles zeer goed en netjes verzorgd

Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und man hat von morgens bis abends Sonne. Die Vorhänge dunkeln gut ab.Es gab eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Fahrstuhl beginnt im 1.Stock, die erste Treppe ist vor dem Hauseingang.

Die Fewo war praktikabel eingerichtet. Es gab genügend Geschirr, so dass man den Geschirrspüler wirklich benutzen konnte.
Für die Hightech-Mikrowelle haben wir keine Beschreibung gefunden, wir konnten sie deshalb leider nicht benutzen.
Dass die Sassnitzer Altstadt für Alte/ Gehbehinderte gar nicht gut geeignet ist, wäre ein hilfreicher Hinweis gewesen.
