The Dünenresidenz Juliusruh is located directly on the most beautiful sandy beach on Rügen, the 11 km long Schaabe, with its own beach access and large wellness area (solarium, fitness room, sauna - unfortunately not usable until the beginning of July 2024 due to major water damage). On the 1st floor is our bright, sun-drenched flat "Sandburg" with a large balcony facing the sea.

The flat "Sandburg" has a living space of 63 square metres and can be rented all year round. The exclusive non-smoking flat offers space for 4 people in 3 rooms: 1 bedroom with double bed and TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living-dining room with TV, DVD, radio/CD and balcony with garden furniture facing the sea. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob with oven and various small appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc.) and a daylight bathroom with shower/WC.
