The Ostseeresidenz is in a prime location in the harbour town of Sassnitz, at the foot of the Jasmund National Park, directly on the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. You have a fantastic view of the sea and look across Prora Bay to the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin and Göhren. All you can hear are the waves crashing and the seagulls screaming. If you love the individual flair and charm of historic buildings and the smell of a fresh sea breeze, you've come to the right place. The newly built and modern Ostseeresidenz is located in the historic old town of Sassnitz and can be reached via a quiet side street. There are cafés and restaurants in Sassnitz Old Town and on the beach promenade, and the idyllic town harbour with other restaurants and shops is just 400 m away. The famous chalk coast is just a few steps away on foot. Sassnitz has only one natural beach, which is 50 metres from the house. Swimming and sunbathing on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only a few minutes away by car.
The holiday flat "Ostseebrise" is located on the mezzanine floor and has a large terrace on the south side facing the Baltic Sea. From here and also from all rooms you have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The flat has a living space of approx. 88 square metres and consists of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It is furnished to a very high standard, bright and modern. The underfloor heating in the entire flat, covered with wooden parquet, ensures pleasant temperatures at any time of year; an ethanol fireplace in the living area provides cosiness. In the living area there is a cosy couch corner with a large LCD TV+Blu-ray/DVD and a web radio with iPod docking station and USB interface. Internet access via W-LAN is available free of charge. The floor-to-ceiling windows are designed so that they can be opened 180 degrees. This allows you to enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, protected from the wind and weather. The kitchenette with cooking island is harmoniously integrated into the living area and invites you to cook with a view of the Baltic Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, Nespresso capsule machine, small freezer etc. The two cosily furnished bedrooms also have floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea directly from the bed. They each have a double bed with a one-piece mattress and plenty of storage space for your wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The flat has two comfortable bathrooms, each with a hairdryer and walk-in shower. The larger of the two bathrooms also has a bathtub and a sauna for 4 people. A storage room is also available in the flat. There are two beach chairs and patio furniture on the south-facing terrace, which can be accessed from both the living area and the two bedrooms. The flat has a car parking space right next to the house. There are lockable and covered storage facilities for bicycles at the property. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for communal use. In the interest of our guests with allergic complaints, we ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted.
