The "Lütt Eiland" is located in a quiet side street. It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. It therefore offers enough space for an occupancy of 4 persons. From one of the bedrooms you even have a direct view of the Bodden! The 600sqm large and quietly situated property offers you two large terraces with a cosy seating area in the greenery. The two large meadow areas offer enough space for relaxing hours. A carport is available for two vehicles. The seat cushions for the garden furniture are located in the separate garden shed. Sit under the parasol and relax with a good book! Bring the day to a cosy close in the evening and make use of the barbecue! You are also free to use the children's and beach toys located here! Welcome to Lütt Eiland!!! You will find a beautiful open-plan living and dining area with access to both terraces. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and radio with CD player. A high chair for children is also available if required. A small library, consisting of travel guides and with many informative excursion tips, as well as some board games for cosy evenings, can be used freely. The cosy bedroom has a comfortable double bed. There is also a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also a large mirror. Fresh bed linen is of course provided. The second bedroom is well equipped with two single beds and another spacious wardrobe. A separate travel cot is also available for younger visitors! In the kitchen you will find a fully equipped, modern kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils, where you can start a wonderful day after a good breakfast and indulge in culinary delights in the evening. The spacious, bright daylight bathroom with high-quality bathroom furniture and ample storage space is equipped with a shower, pleasant underfloor heating and a towel dryer and leaves nothing to be desired. -A hairdryer is also available.
