Villa Anna is located in the heart of the picturesque old town of Sassnitz. Since 1896, the house has offered its guests peace and relaxation in a cosy atmosphere. Villa Anna was built at the end of the 19th century in the style of spa architecture and today offers 11 comfortably furnished flats for 2 to 6 people with lift, loggia and Baltic Sea view in almost all flats.
The various 1-, 2- and 4-room flats with 40 - 150 square metres of living space are all equipped with a kitchenette and a shower-bathroom. The glazed conservatories offer a marvellous view over the old town to the Baltic Sea and the Jasmund National Park.
In the house there is a free WLAN for the guests. Each flat has a car parking space.
There is a terrace and a well-kept garden for communal use, as well as a bicycle storage room, washing machine and tumble dryer. One flat in the house is located on the lower level with a garden view and has its own terrace.
Pets are only allowed on request in flats 12 and 13. A pet would be charged €8 per night as well as a one-off final pet cleaning fee of €20.

There are three identical flats in category A:
app. 11 on floor 1, the app. 21 on floor 2 and the app. 31 on floor 3.
All three flats have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the old town.
These 2-room flats offer 52 square metres of living space for 3 people each.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a single bed in a sleeping alcove with a window.
The living room has a sofa seating area and a desk.
The kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle is integrated into the living area. The dining area is located on the loggia with a fantastic view.
The bathroom has a shower. Wi-Fi is available.
Each flat has a car parking space marked with the flat number.
A terrace, garden, bicycle storage room, washing machine and tumble dryer are available for communal use. There is a cot and high chair in the house.
