The flats in Seedorf "Am Neuensiener See" are an offer for those who want to combine a beach holiday with hiking or cycling in the beautiful biosphere reserve of south-east Rügen. As a district of the Baltic seaside resort of Sellin, but a good 4 km from the town centre, the small fishing settlement of Seedorf stretches along Lake Neuensien in a single "village street". Noise and hustle and bustle are foreign words in Seedorf - if you exclude the cries and bustle of the seabirds. Seedorf has only a manageable number of residential and holiday homes, a bakery with goods for daily needs, restaurants with some really good cuisine, a great fish shop in the pretty yacht and fishing harbour with fishing boat hire, and otherwise kilometres of hiking and cycling trails along the water and into the beautiful natural hinterland of the Mönchgut and Südrügen. In the summer months there is a free shuttle service from Seedorf to Sellin, to the north beach with the famous pier and to the south beach, the main bathing beach, which stretches for kilometres to the Baltic seaside resort of Göhren. In the winter months, travellers can easily walk or cycle 2 km to the bus stop "Abzweigung Seedorf", where the intercity bus to Bergen and Binz/Sassnitz passes every hour.

Apartment no. 24 is situated in the 2nd row of the complex "Am Neuensiener See", which consists of 4 houses. It is located on the 1st floor, is approx. 37 square metres in size and has a sleeping gallery with double bed and 2 windows, which can be reached via a spiral staircase, which offer a view of the water and the landscape up to Granitz Castle to the front and the beautiful meadow landscape of the Mönchgut to the rear. There is a laundry room with coin-operated machines and a drying room in the neighbouring house. There are benches and table groups on the property.
