As a district of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, but a good 4 km from the town center, the small fishing settlement of Seedorf stretches along a single "village street" along the Neuensiener See. Noise and hustle and bustle are foreign words in Seedorf – apart from the cries and activities of the seabirds.
Seedorf comprises only a manageable number of residential and holiday homes, a bakery with daily necessities, restaurants with some really good cuisine, a great fish shop in the charming yacht and fishing harbor with boat rentals, and otherwise kilometers of hiking and cycling paths along the water and into the beautifully nature-protected hinterland of Mönchgut and South Rügen. During the summer months, there is a free shuttle service from Seedorf to Sellin, to the North Beach with its famous pier, and to the South Beach, the main bathing beach, which stretches for kilometers to the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren.
In the winter months, travelers can easily reach the bus stop "Abzweigung Seedorf" on foot or by bike after 2 km, where the intercity bus to Bergen and Binz/Sassnitz passes hourly. Apartment No. 24 is elevated in the 2nd row of the "Am Neuensiener See" complex, which consists of 4 houses.

Das keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern waren. Spinnen und Staub in der Wohnung verteilt waren.Man musste abends das Wasser beim Duschen lange laufen lassen bis mal warmes Wasser kam.
