Located at the foot of the hills, where the Etruscan town of Cortona stands, this modern retreat for family and friends promises complete rejuvenation and regeneration of guests of all ages.
Outside, amidst delightful sunshine, there is a large private pool to enjoy summertime dips and a lovely pergola with open-air dining and a barbecue for an exquisite dining experience. The villa is divided into 2 levels, with a total of 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as interiors adapted to all weather conditions to ensure maximum comfort and convenience.
There is air-conditioning, central heating and even a romantic fireplace.
The living room directly gives out the patio and features an easy-breezy layout with sofas, a traditional fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a full kitchen.
Guests can use the dishwasher, microwave, oven, drip coffee machine and fridge available to make their holiday completely carefree. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are available for your convenience. Sleeping All bedrooms in the villa are spacious and bright.
Two bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe, while the remaining two have 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Bathroom There are 2 characteristic yet modern bathrooms fitted with a shower, WC and bidet. Just a short drive away are the food shops, and within a 7-minute drive, guests can reach the important cultural and artistic centre of Val di Chiana, Cortona.
At Cortona, guests can explore the rich Etruscan history as well as check out the stunning Santa Maria Nuova church by Giorgio Vasari. Shorter trips to other famous attractions and towns in the area can also be easily taken from here.
Lake Trasimeno is a 20-minute drive away, meanwhile, Montepulciano is half an hour’s car ride away.
Relaxation at the Rapolano Spa is also half an hour from here and guests can easily make their way to beautiful Arezzo in 45-minutes! Perugia, host to several music fests and other events, is a 40-minutes drive from this holiday rental near Cortona. Florence’s international airport is 70 minutes away.

die Lage ist traumhaft, das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, das einzige was fehlte war Toilettenpapier. Der Pool ist traumhaft, Daniele ist immer zu erreichen und steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Top!!! Wie kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
fehlendes Toilettenpapier, Dusche unten für "dickere" Menschen ein wenig knapp ;)
