Well-signposted cycle and hiking paths will lead you across fields and through the forests of the Ueckermünde Heath. The holiday home (approx. 65 m²), suitable for 5 people, with a covered terrace is situated on a 2500m² plot of land and is only about 100 meters from the gently sloping sandy beach, ideal for small children and non-swimmers, with a playground, sunbathing lawn, and beer garden. Parking space and storage for bicycles, trailers, etc. directly at the holiday home. A green area in front of the house with garden furniture and sun loungers invites you to relax and barbecue. The generously furnished, family-friendly holiday home features a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a fireplace. 1st Bedroom with double bed and flat-screen TV (2 x 90 x 190 cm) 2nd Bedroom with bunk bed and single bed (90 cm x 190 cm) Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in wellness shower and toilet - Free Wi-Fi available - Non-smoking apartment! - Pets are not allowed! - We only rent to individuals and families, not to youth groups or construction workers.
Furthermore, parties are not allowed. Should additional guests (more than booked, according to the booking confirmation) stay in the apartment, we reserve the right to ask unregistered guests to leave the apartment. General Information: We recommend contacting us before arrival to arrange all relevant information for you. Arrival: From 3:00 PM The local tourist tax must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
