In this modern finca with a private pool and garden in Muro, just a 15-minute drive from Playa de Muro beach, 4 guests will find tranquil holiday accommodation.
The town of Muro in northern Mallorca offers pleasant restaurants, a gas station, and supermarkets.
Within a 10-15 minute drive, you can reach the north coast and paradisiacal beaches such as Can Picafort and Playa de Muro.
We recommend visiting the old town of Alcúdia and Cap Formentor.
A car is necessary, especially to get to the beach. The outdoor area of the finca offers a well-kept garden with 8 sun loungers and 4 umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a private chlorine pool measuring 10 x 4 meters with a depth of up to 2 meters.
On the furnished terrace, you can end the day with a delicious barbecue with friends and family.
There are sheep on the finca. The living spaces are designed to be bright and modern.
The air-conditioned living and dining area is open to the fully equipped kitchen.
There you will find everything you need for cooking, including a ceramic hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, and a dishwasher.
Two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed, invite you to dream.
Both bedrooms offer air conditioning and a wardrobe.
The amenities include a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bathtub, WiFi, a large 55-inch TV with German channels, a washing machine, an iron, and up to 2 cots and a high chair upon request.
You will find a stationary bike and 2 yoga mats in the house.
For the youngest members of the family, there are various toys. Important: The finca was completed in 2022.
Events or parties are strictly prohibited and incur a very high fine.
There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by every guest aged 16 and over. (EUR 2.20 per guest per night in high season and EUR 0.55 per guest per night in low season) From the 9th night, this amount is halved during high season.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard.
Payment is made before arrival via a secure payment link.
Payment of these costs is mandatory.
As prescribed by law, we require copies of identity cards or passports from each guest over 16 years of age.
