Located between Aubrac and Margeride, in a quiet hamlet, this completely renovated stone farmhouse comprises two character gîtes.
Ground floor: living room (sofa bed 140*190, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV), modern kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer), shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC, washing machine.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed (140cm), desk).
Electric heating.
High chair and baby bath available by prior arrangement.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, courtyard and car park.
Pets allowed for a fee (3€/pet/night).
Heating to be paid extra on site: 0.25€/kWh above 8 kWh/day included
Utilities, electricity (up to 8 kWh/day).
Heating at 0.25/kWh (if more than 8 kWh/day), wood (€60 per stere), end-of-stay cleaning charge (€40), bed linen hire (€10/bed), towels and household linen (€6/person), deposit of €150, pet supplement (€3/pet/night).
