House located in an 18th century Caussenarde farmhouse, comprising another gîte and a dwelling house. Quiet, isolated hamlet.
Living room with fireplace (single sofa bed), kitchen area (hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), shower room (shower) and WC. Mezzanine (1 double bed).
Central heating, television, washing machine, garden furniture.
Private swimming pool (8.40m long - 4.30m wide - between 1.4m and 1.80m deep - open from 1 June to 15 September) shared by the three houses and meadow in front of the gîte.
Parking.
Fixed price heating (10€/night) to be paid on site.
Utilities and electricity 8 kWh per day.
Wood for the fireplace, fixed price heating to be paid on site (10€/night), sheet hire (10€/bed), bathroom and household linen (3€/pers.) and cleaning service at the end of the stay (40€). Deposit €100
