Gîte in a renovated old farmhouse located in the medieval hamlet of Le Villard.
The site overlooks the Lot valley from a rocky outcrop. 4 km from the A75 motorway and 5 minutes from Chanac and its shops. Enjoy an unusual and comfortable gîte in the heart of preserved nature, with its own jacuzzi area (shower + toilet). You will find a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave) opening onto a living room with a television and a pellet stove. A master bedroom overlooking a enclosed garden (1 double bed and private shower room). A laundry area and separate toilet. Séjour agréable, région déjà connu. Défaut majeur du site la couverture téléphonique quasi inexistante à l’intérieur du gite. Couverture internet d'une lenteur exaspérante.A voir une marche d'escalier un peu remuante.Un énorme plus le jacuzziCordialemnt

Nous avons passe une semaine très réussie dans cette belle région reposante et authentique. Le gite était exceptionnel, tres bien équipé, d'une remarquable qualité et toute la famille s'est régalée et a profité abondamment du jacuzzi!

Bel endroit pour rayonner en promenades, rando, découverte de ""vieilles pierres"" au charme certain.Le gîte fait d'ailleurs partie d'un corps de ferme ancien . Il offre tout le confort attendu avec en plus un espace détente bien aménagé sous de jolies voûtes.
