Located in Vilafranca del Penedés, the holiday home 'Apartament Merlot' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
This apartment is part of a 400 m² property that can be rented separate or along with the 2nd apartment as a full house.
This apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), Netflix and a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, a washing machine, satellite TV with streaming services as well as children's books and toys.
A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available.
There is a shared fully-equipped kitchen at the disposal of both apartments guests. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a balcony.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes an open terrace. The property is located 15 km from the beatufiful beaches of Garraf, Vilanova i la Geltrú and Sitges, as well as 50 km from Barcelona with all its attractions and cultural activities. The property is also located close to the mountain of Montserrat and its famous monastery. Pets, parties and groups of young people are not allowed. Smoking inside the property is not permitted but allowed on the terrace. Air conditioning is not available. There are security cameras at the entrance, lobby and terrace.
The cameras are without recording: they are video surveillance, without contract filming and part of the security alarms.
