Gute Ausstattung, in ca. 4 Minuten vom ZOB erreichbar, Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (nicht bewacht), Restaurants in der Nähe. Im Wohnzimmer finden auch zusätzlich zwei bis drei Gäste einen guten Platz. Betten mit guten Matratzen.
Der Essplatz in der Küche ist zweckmäßig, aber nicht gemütlich.
