The property is located in La Serra di Lerici about 10 minutes by car from the beach and about 5 from the center. Nearby you can find shops, bars and restaurants and the wonderful Eco del Mare beach. The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony overlooking the gulf. There are car parks nearby.

Lerici is a seaside resort and one of the most developed centers of the Riviera di Levante, very rich in tourist services. It is an ideal destination for a dream beach holiday, thanks to the incredible quantity and variety of beaches and coves that follow one another along its coast, all bathed by the clear and transparent blue sea of Liguria. One of the attractions is the magnificent Castle of San Giorgio, home to the Geopaleontological Museum, which dominates the city from the top of a promontory east of the marina. Among the most beautiful beaches are Venere Azzurra, Eco del mare, San Terenzo.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
