Cozy 50 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building facing the beach. The property is located in Giardini Naxos, a wonderful seaside area 1.8 km from the pretty village of Schisò and just 2 km from Taormina and all its beauties.

The accommodation consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom on the mezzanine, a bathroom and a laundry room.

The inside is organized as follows
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, microwave and kitchenware), dining table, TV and French sofa bed and single bed;

- LOFT with BEDROOM with French bed and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split with heat pump), two fans, washing machine and dryer (in the laundry room), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.


PLEASE NOTE
- Mezzanine height: 1.90 meters;

- The apartment can accommodate children, however, please pay attention to the staircase leading to the mezzanine which could be dangerous.


The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants.


We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.


All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.


For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30;

EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00.

Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

Upon arrival, you'll be asked to pay the city tax of € 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.


The apartment is located in Giardini Naxos, a lovely seaside area on the coast a few kilometers from Taormina. The accommodation is located in front of the beach and within walking distance of the main services, including bars, minimarket, baker, delicatessen and restaurants. The hamlet of Schisò, characterized by the Norman castle overlooking the bay and the archaeological park, is less than 2 km away.

Taormina is only a few km from the property. In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater) is not to be missed, as well as the Cathedral and the Castle. In addition, the beaches adjacent to Isola Bella and the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto will be unmissable destinations during your stay.

- Taormina: 13 minutes by car (5 km).


- Opera Prima restaurant: 1 minute on foot (13 meters);

- Minimarket/Food shop: 5 minutes on foot (400 meters);

- Decò (supermarket): 5 minutes by car (1.5 km).


- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). There are paid parking lots (blue lines) near the building.


- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Alternatively, it is possible to take the train from the airport to Taormina-Giardini station, avout 10 minutes on foot from the apartment.
