The cottage is a beautiful holiday rental fitted out on one level and independent located very close to the shops and only 3 km from the main beaches.
A marked path (200 m) allows you to reach the coast on foot or by bike in complete safety.
The cottage consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a lounge.
You will also have 3 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet with washbasin and a laundry room. Outside: a south-facing terrace of 35 m² and a garden of 150 m². To park your vehicles: a garage and 2 private parking spaces. For active holidays by the sea, the town offers two magnificent beaches bordered by dunes, including that of Kerhillio to enjoy swimming and board sports: sand yachting, surfing and kitesurfing! Hikers will appreciate the 80 km of marked trails, and heritage lovers the many menhirs and dolmens. 5 minutes away, the park of the Château de Keravéon is ideal for walking and enjoying the fitness trail.
The superb St Laurent golf course is 6 km away.

Séjour d'une semaine avec la famille. Propriétaires accueillants, sérieux, soucieux et honnêtes. Gîte tout neuf, propre, très bien équipé, très bien placé géographiquement. Nous avons passé un super moment. Un grand merci à Mme et Mr. Briant. Je vous dis à bientôt !

Un des plus beau gîte fréquenté depuis près de 40 ans. Christophe et Laurent sont très accueillants et prévenants. Ils ont pensé a tout pour le confort de leurs locataires et c est très agréable. Le gîte est aussi idéalement situé. Un séjour parfait, merci!

Het huis is ideaal gelegen om te wandelen, te fietsen en van het strand te genieten. De inrichting van het huis is super en zeer proper. Alles is er aanwezig en de eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor ons een dikke 10/10
