The holiday rental is laid out as follows:
- On the ground floor: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, separate toilet, and storage space.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 2 single beds) and a shower room with toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a private, separate garden located opposite another house.
The longère (traditional Breton farmhouse) includes two other rentals (including 56G1066) and is situated next to two houses, with a large shared courtyard used as a parking area.
The campsite's swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The campsite is a small, very quiet, family-run campsite with no evening entertainment. Between Auray and Vannes, Larmor-Baden is a friendly town that has preserved its charm.
Between beaches and secluded coves, you'll appreciate the waters of the Gulf (warmer than the ocean!) for swimming.
Don't miss the islands of Gavrinis and Berder, and the Sunday morning market! Just 5 minutes from the gîte, you can embark on a day trip to the islands.
Next to the gîte, from May to mid-September, you can enjoy the campsite facilities (run by the owners) including: a 14 x 7 m heated outdoor swimming pool, playground, pétanque court, table tennis, bike rentals, bars and food trucks (in season), laundry facilities, bread delivery, etc. Outside of peak season, the campsite also has a large, fully equipped hall available for private events.

Séjour très agréable. Entre randonnées et visites emplacement géographique idéal. Logement spacieux et bien adapté jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il ne manque rien, tout est fonctionnel. Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible. Nous recommandons.
