The vacation rental is as follows:
- On the ground floor: a living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge, then a separate toilet and a storage space.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds and 2 90 cm beds) and a shower room with wc.
Outside, you will enjoy a non-adjoining private garden landscaped in front of a house.
The cottage is housed in a farmhouse with 2 other rentals (including cottage 1066) and is located next to two other dwellings, with a large shared courtyard serving as parking.
The campsite swimming pool is open from mid May to mid September and from 10am to 9pm. Between Auray and Vannes, Larmor Baden is a friendly town that has managed to preserve its charm.
Between beaches and intimate coves, you will appreciate the water of the Gulf (warmer than the ocean!) for swimming.
Not to be missed in the town: Gavrinis island, Berder island and the market on Sunday morning! 5 minutes from the cottage, you can embark for a day trip to the islands.
Next to the cottage, you will enjoy the campsite facilities (managed by the owners) with: 14 x 7 m heated swimming pool, playground, boules court, table tennis, bicycle rental, bars and food truck in season, laundry, bread deposit etc. In the off season, the campsite also has a large equipped room that you can rent for your private events.

Excellent séjour dans le Morbihan !Gîte très bien situé, près de la mer, à côté du GR34 pour les randonnées, à 20 mn de Vannes pour les courses, shopping et restaurants. A 5 mn de l’île aux Moines au départ du port de Larmor Baden.Propriétaires accueillants et à l’écoute.Séjour très agréable !

Séjour très agréable. Entre randonnées et visites emplacement géographique idéal. Logement spacieux et bien adapté jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il ne manque rien, tout est fonctionnel. Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible. Nous recommandons.

Très bien situé, proche du GR 34, spacieux avec des équipements modernes, Très propre.Le camping permet un accès au bar, aux informations et à la piscine.Vraiment passé un bon séjour malgré les températures (la maison est en pierres avec de larges murs, idéal pour rester au frais).Les lits sont très bons et les nuits calmes.Peut-être à bientôt, Kénavo!!!
