Cocoonr offers you this charming 150 m² house in Saint-Alban, which was completely renovated in 2021 and can accommodate up to 8 travellers.
It has a shared heated swimming pool and a spacious 2,000 m² garden, as well as all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included.
The house is located on the Erquy/Cap Fréhel road, equidistant from the market towns of Pléneuf-Val-André and Saint-Alban, in a quiet, leafy setting.

- Shared swimming pool (heated) 4×9 m, 1.50 m deep, open from April to October (dates not contractual). Open in winter on request at extra cost.
- The pool is protected by a cover that can be opened and an electric shutter for children's safety.
- The pool area is shared with the residents of the second house on the same property.
Parties are not permitted. - Shared garden of 2,000 m², south-west facing. - Private south-facing terrace of 25 m², accessible from the living room, with garden furniture, sun loungers and charcoal barbecue. Location : Located in a hamlet between Saint-Alban and Pléneuf-Val-André (3 km from the town centre, 4 km from the beaches), on the Erquy/Cap Fréhel road.
All shops 3 km away, including a supermarket with a drive for your arrival. Literie très confortable
Grand jardin agréable bien que partagé avec la maison dà côté, idem pour la piscine
La terrasse sale et pas de lumière extérieure (idem pour la piscine)
Pas d'info sur la gestion des déchets
La porte d'entrée peu secure et difficile a ouvrir/fermer

Sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses und der schöne große Pool
Vor dem Haus war es etwas ungepflegt, die vielbefahrene Straße vor dem Haus(drinnen war bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber nichts mehr zu hören)
