On the heights of the village of Taninges, we are offering for rent this sublime chalet with an 8x4m heated indoor swimming pool.
With a surface area of 130 m² and a beautiful panoramic view, it can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises a lovely living room with wood-burning stove, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a master suite and 3 bedrooms, a shower room (master suite), a bathroom on the first floor and a shower area and toilet in the pool house.
The chalet is set in 1083m² of sloping, wooded grounds and has a lovely 77m² terrace.
Wifi access, all linen provided (including pool towels), cleaning included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Garden level : - Garage and ski room with boot dryer. - Pool equipment room. 1st floor: - A 53 m² living room with TV, stove (wood starter kit provided), sofa and dining area. - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4-burner 90cm ceramic hob, automatic extractor fan, Vertuo pod coffee maker... - Separate WC. - Bedroom 1 master suite (14 m²): queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room. - A 78 m² space with a private heated indoor swimming pool, open all year round, measuring 8x4 m and protected by a tarpaulin.
There is also a shower room with shower area and WC. - A laundry room. 2nd floor: - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190). - Bathroom with shower, bath, double washbasin and WC.
Exterior: - An unfenced plot of 1000 m². - A terrace on the 1st floor with garden furniture for 8 people (180cm diameter table), to make the most of the fine weather. - A balcony on the 2nd floor accessible from 2 bedrooms.
For even greater comfort, the owners offer the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, Krampouz electric griddle for 10 people, raclette and fondue machine, board games, books, DVDs, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Taninges, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting with panoramic mountain views.
In the town centre, you will find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market... - Les Gets. - Chamonix Mont Blanc is 53 km away (53 minutes by car). - Thonon-Les-Bains 45 km away (55 minutes by car).

Chalet Taninges "Parfait séjour pour un week-end à proximité des pistes!
La piscine était un gros plus en particulier si la neige n’est pas au rdv. L’eau mériterait d’être un peu plus chaude ;)
La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée."

Chalet Taninges "Lovely chalet with private pool and great views
🙂 Lovely chalet situated on the side of the mountain with beautiful views. Perfect for skiing in Les Gets but you will need a car (it’s a 10 minute drive). The private pool was a real bonus. We shared the chalet with another family (8 of us in total) and there was plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again."
