Welcome to our vacation apartment!
The quietly located and newly renovated vacation apartment is designed for two people.
It has a living area of approx. 47 sqm and is furnished in a modern style.
Great emphasis was placed on design, quality, coziness, and appealing lighting in the furnishings.
In the tastefully furnished apartment, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The open and cozy dining and cooking area is located at the front of the vacation apartment.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and plenty of cooking utensils.
The sleeping area with a box-spring bed is located at the rear, and the adjoining living area has a lounge corner for relaxing.
The TV can be swiveled individually.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet, a rain shower, and a sink with a hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen are included once.
The central ventilation system ensures fresh air. In the garden, you can enjoy a partial view of Lake Constance and the mountains.
The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house (sloping site) and is accessible via a ramp. A modern and completely newly renovated vacation apartment is offered, located quietly on the outskirts of Tettnang. The vacation apartment has a wonderful terrace with a lake view and a separate entrance. Here you can enjoy your vacation in an idyllic and quiet environment. An optimal starting point for hiking in the Tettnang surroundings or for walking to the city center, only ten minutes away. Leaving the car behind is not a problem here. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home, you will find orchards, forests, and meadows.
Business travelers appreciate the proximity to Friedrichshafen Airport and the exhibition center. We look forward to your visit! A washing machine with an integrated dryer is available for your use. There is also free Wi-Fi internet access and a TV. Towels and bed linen are included once. Your car can be parked free of charge. Non-smoking apartment, no pets. Key handover takes place on-site. A deposit of 30% is due after booking. Payment: Cash, bank transfer, PayPal Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total price.

Neu gestaltete Unterkunft mit einer komfortablen Ausstattung! Für die E-Bikes stand ein Fahrradständer zur Verfügung.
Bei Ankunft entpuppte sich das im Angebot erwähnte Erreichen der Unterkunft über eine Rampe als geschotterter Weg von ca. 25 Metern mit einer Steigung von über 10%. Die mitgeführten E-Bikes sowie das Gepäck und die Einkäufe konnten nur sehr beschwerlich zur Terrasse und zurück zum Fahrzeug transport...
