House close to another gite and the owners' house. In Plouézec, 1.2 km from the village and all its local shops, this newly built cottage will be a very comfortable and warm holiday home for your next stay on the Goëlo coast.
Its plus? Its proximity to the Boulgueff pebble beach at 500 m: leave the property, turn left, go down the small road and you are there! It is a beach well protected from the winds which offers you a beautiful view of the Bay of Paimpol and Bréhat.
At low tide, it is very pleasant to go fishing on foot...
If you practice water sports, you will prefer Brehec beach (5 km), a pretty sandy beach very family-friendly, very charming with its little harbour! 7.4 km from Paimpol, its port of Plaisance, its quays lined with restaurants, do not miss the visit of the abbey of Beauport at 4.3 km: a magical, very singular place. 13 km from the pier for the Ile de Brehat and 12 km from Plouha....
