Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: kitchen, living room, laundry room, wc. 1st floor: living room, bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), bathroom with shower, wc. 2nd floor: a mezzanine, a bedroom (2 single beds 90x190). At your disposal: a private terrace of 20 m². Two parking spaces in common courtyard with owner.
Gite adjoining the owners' house. You will undoubtedly be charmed by this cottage where everything has been arranged to make your stay comfortable.
For your excursions, you will be spoiled for choice.... The city of character of Dinan will be only 13 km away.

Claudiane et rederic ont été très attentionnés à notre égard avec un accueil chaleureu et un ecellent crumble. La maison est bien équipée, calme et bien décorée. Un havre de pai, pas loin de Dinard, Dinan, Saint Malo et Cancale.Merci pour ce dou week-end de Pâques

Séjour du 17 au 24 juin 2023.Très très bonnes vacances dans ce gîte très confortable et très bien décoré. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil des propriétaires tant par leur gentillesse que par leur disponibilité à nous conseiller pour de très belles balades et les incontournables à visiter. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont pris le temps de nous présenter les alentours et les bonnes adresses. Situé à proximité de Dinan, Dinard et St Malo, le gîte est très confortable, au calme et très bien équipé pour un séjour familial.
