Accommodation description
This very spacious and beautiful garden flat is situated in a very quiet and idyllic location on the outskirts of Tamsweg. Tamsweg can be reached by car from the A10 in approx. 10 minutes without any annoying mountain passes. The terrace faces the sunny south and invites you to enjoy it. In addition, the flat offers two parking spaces in the underground garage. (Attention: The hight is 2,0 metres) In the winter, it means you can drive to the slopes in the morning with a car free of ice and snow
In winter, you can quickly reach the valley stations of the Katschberg-Aineck, Grosseck-Speiereck and Fanningberg ski areas. Within 20 minutes by car you are at the lifts of Obertauern, in an area that was recently declared the snowiest and most snow-sure area in Austria. The ski bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away. The Lungau is a high plateau that lies more than 1,000 m above sea level. The sunny, warm summers and the very snow-secure, cold winters make it a paradise for hikers, cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts. In autumn, mushroom and mushroom hunters get their money's worth. The provinces of Carinthia and Styria are nearby, which means that many and varied excursion options are within reach. Due to this location, excursions to Italy and Slovenia are also possible.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.

Wir haben diese Wohnung für das zweite Jahr gemietet und wieder hat sie uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, das gilt natürlich auch für die Küche. Von Tamsweg aus kann man zu den verschiedenen Skigebieten fahren, von denen Obertauern das größte ist. Kurzum, es war eine tolle Woche in jeder Hinsicht (Schnee, Sonne, Pisten, Wohnung usw.).

Ein sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit vielen Extras. Zwei Parkplätze und jede Menge Stauraum in der Wohnung.
Die Küche ist sehr groß und großartig ausgestattet. Die Schlaffzimmer sind sehr groß und schön eingerichtet.

Es ist wirklich eine große, tolle und gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Unterkunft. Für 8 Erwachsene aber nicht geeignet. Für 4 Erw. und 4 Kinder gut denkbar. Grund 4 Betten mit 70ger Breite...
2 Garagenplätze sind vorhanden! Toll!
Schließanlagen und Zugänge sind übungsbedürtig. Unbedingt Codes und Handy immer dabei haben 😟
