This beautiful half-timbered house was built in 2007 and converted in 2021 into a modern holiday home with approximately 68 m² of living space. Please book bed linen and towels separately. The ground floor offers a bright, open living area and a bathroom with cream-colored tiles and underfloor heating on the entire level.
An integrated kitchenette in the dining area features a dual-chamber air fryer, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a small hob, a dishwasher, and a sink.
The ground floor amenities include a dining table set for 4 people, a comfortable sofa set, and a television.
On cooler days, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere and pleasant warmth. The beautiful bathroom is harmoniously designed in warm colors.
It features a barrier-free shower with a recessed shelf for shampoo.
A bathroom cabinet keeps travel essentials tidy. The attic floor houses a large bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed (1.38 m x 1.90 m), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and an armchair.
This beautiful room is filled with light and has space for a travel cot. In the shade of beautiful oak trees, you can spend relaxing hours on a terrace in front of the house.
A barbecue and a seating area with cushions are available at your leisure. A washing machine and a drying rack are located in an outbuilding. We also offer a shelter for motorcycles. Location Description: You will stay in a quiet, idyllic, and rural setting, only about a 5-minute drive from Buchholz-City.
The beautiful heath village of Jesteburg can also be reached in about 8 minutes by car. Buchholz in der Nordheide is located about 35 km south of Hamburg.
The enchanting heath landscape with forests, stream and meadow valleys offers numerous hiking and cycling trails and various leisure activities such as tennis, bowling, golf, swimming, fitness studios, a cinema, and a large event center with changing performances in theater, concerts, readings, cabaret, and comedy. All daily necessities, restaurants, cafes, as well as a hospital, doctors, and pharmacies can be found directly in the town. This small town is excellently connected by transport.
The proximity to the A1 and A7 motorways, as well as the B75, allows for quick access to Hamburg or Bremen.

Allgemein sehr schön. Die Lage, Größe völlig ausreichend für zwei bis drei. Unterstellplatz für das Kfz. Sitzgelegenheiten draußen.
Wer Ruhe und Erholung möchte, ist hier richtig.
Obergeschoss etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Die Fenster lassen nicht verdunkeln. Man wird sprichwörtlich von der Sonne wachgeküsst. Allgemeine Kücheneinrichtung. Zu wenig Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck. Man musste jedesmal spülen. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Herd und insbesondere dem TV wären hilfreich. Keine Sender gespeichert. Man musste in der Liste lange suchen.

Ganz entzückend. Von außen wie auf den Bildern - schon die der Anfahrt haben wir das Häuschen gleich erkannt. Im Haus war alles was man braucht.
