This villa is located in Cala Estancia, a coastal area belonging to the city of Palma de Mallorca (city centre located at about 7km). It has 4 bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite, and can accommodate up to 7 people. The house has about 300 m2. The upper parts of the house have fabulous sea views. The house is only a few metres from a beautiful rocky beach and 600 metres from the beach Playa des Carnatge. The yacht club is only a few steps away from the villa, as well as several high quality restaurants.



It has a pleasant garden with its tall pine trees, and spacious terraces with shaded areas. You will also enjoy the sun with its sun loungers where you can relax next to the saline water swimming pool (much softer for the skin).



The villa has a fireplace and central heating for cooler days, and air conditioning throughout the accommodation for hot days.



You will have Internet access via WiFi, satellite TV with satellite dish with languages: Spanish, English and German, radio and DVD player.


There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron for your clothes and hairdryer.


Two cars can be parked in the private garage in the same building, as well as in the adjacent streets.

Rules

-Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, in case of non-compliance you will be penalised.



-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.



-Guests are obliged to take care of the rubbish generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.




-Please note that check-in

From 20:00 onwards, there is a charge of 35€ to be paid in cash on arrival.



-Air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa.
