Nice apartment about 200 m from the sea and about 600 m from the main seafront, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.


The accommodation is part of a housing complex made up of 3 apartments, available if additional beds are needed (Casa Marilda 1 and Casa Marilda 2).


THE POSITION

Casa Marilda 3 is located near Punta Ristola, the southernmost point of the heel of Italy, with sculptures and sea caves. Furthermore, it is a very interesting and suggestive area from which you can admire both the sunrise and the sunset, due to its particular geographical location.


On foot it is possible to reach the center of the town (about 700 meters) and many commercial activities (restaurants, kiosks, newsagent, bars, ice cream parlors, etc.), and logistically it has an excellent position to reach the Adriatic coast and other suggestive places nearby .


THE HOUSE

The apartment is located in the basement and is approximately 85 m2 in size overall. The environment is air conditioned and is composed as follows

-a large living room with sofa bed and complete and equipped eat-in kitchen;

-a double bedroom;

-a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine;

-a comfortable equipped veranda, ideal for relaxing or eating outdoors.


Casa Marilda 3 does not have private parking, but there are several free parking options nearby. *During high season and peak times it may be less easy to find parking immediately.


Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement on request.

NEARBY

As previously mentioned, the house is in an advantageous position. It is about 200 meters from the sea (low and free rocky beach) and from Punta Ristola, a wonderful place that offers unique scenery and landscapes!


Furthermore, the coast is full of natural sea caves, beautiful and absolutely worth visiting. They are located on the Ionian and Adriatic coasts and some can be reached by swimming, but to visit them better we recommend a comfortable and pleasant boat excursion (available for further information) with BLUEMARINE and SEASALENTO.
