Casale Lucrezia is a marvelous exclusive rustic house with a private pool in a panoramic position above the gulf of the renowned town of Salò.
The historic center and the beautiful lakefront promenade of Salò, with its numerous lakeside cafes, elegant shops, and museum, can be reached in just a few minutes.
It is also possible to reach the center via a convenient cycle path.
Just 800 meters from the house, you will find the "Carrefour" shopping center, which includes a 24-hour supermarket, a pizzeria, a hairdresser, and a laundry service.
The house features a large, perfectly maintained private olive grove with a spacious pool offering panoramic views.
It also has a courtyard surrounded by high stone walls, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue available for guests. Upon entering, there is a large kitchen (with induction hobs), a fireplace, and a dining area.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a splendid lake view.
