Casale Lucrezia is a wonderful exclusive rustico with private swimming pool in a panoramic position above the gulf of the renowned town of Salò.


In just a few minutes you can reach the historic centre and the beautiful lakeside promenade of Salò, where there are numerous lakeside cafes, elegant shops and the Museum.


You can also reach the centre via a convenient cycle path.


Just 800 metres from the house is the "Carrefour" shopping centre with a 24-hour supermarket, a pizzeria, hairdresser and laundry.


The house has a large private olive grove that is perfectly maintained with a large swimming pool with panoramic views, a courtyard surrounded by large stone walls and furnished with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue at the disposal of guests.


At the entrance there is a large kitchen (with induction hobs) fireplace and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and a sofa bed, the bathroom with shower and the terrace with a wonderful lake view.


The house is furnished in rustic style and is ideal for 3 persons.


Note: at the edge of the olive grove there is a main road.


For a day of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the water park Caneva are about 40 km away. Ask us for discounted tickets when you check in.
