Great place to stay. Everything you could want was there. Very close to the beach with pubs shops and restaurants all within 5 minutes drive.
Perhaps ideally there would be a little more to do and see but we had a relaxing stay.
Colchester zoo was great and markshall estate was a nice couple of hours stroll. The patients in the cafe are awesome.
All in all a good holiday

Absolutely wonderful. The cottage is home from home. Faultless. There was everything you would need, the dog had beds, blankets, bowls & treats.

The Boat House is just perfect in every way, so very clean and equipped. The beach is just two minutes walk away. Cannot wait to return.
