The Domaine de Pont Royal is ideally located between Alpilles and Luberon. The 180-hectare domain is fenced and fully secured, with guards at the entrance, and offers numerous services and activities. The Pont Royal golf course offers an exceptional, internationally recognised golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros.
You will stay in a beautiful, spacious villa with 3 air-conditioned Provençal-style rooms of a high standard to experience a very pleasant holiday with friends or family.
The residence is oriented so that you can take advantage of both the sun and shaded areas to relax.
The villa has all the comfort features for indoor and outdoor cooking to enjoy your stay, as well as adapted sanitary facilities (a bathroom, a shower room and two separate WCs).
In detail, the layout of the rooms is as follows:
Inside, on the ground floor :
- A large living/dining room with beautiful fireplace, equipped with a large flat screen (Smart TV connected), speakers type Sonos connected Wifi.
- Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.)
- Separate WC & cupboard in the entrance hall.
Upstairs:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two of them with a 160x200 bed and the third with two 90x190 beds. Each room is equipped with a large wardrobe for storage. All bedding is new.
- A bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
- A bathroom in one of the bedrooms.
The house is located on a fenced plot (where a vehicle can be parked + garage).
In the outdoor area, you will benefit from :
- A shaded terrace for your meals,
- A 9x5 swimming pool (salt water) which can be heated on request for an additional fee depending on the season.
- A relaxation area with sun loungers in a landscaped garden with sun terraces around the pool.
The large swimming pool, the equipped areas, the air conditioning, the context of the domain; perfectly located near the golf course and the activities of the leisure centre, as well as the shops and restaurants of the village of the domain.
The villa is in the immediate vicinity of the golf course (18 holes + 9 holes), the tennis courts and the riding club, the holiday village "Pierre et Vacances" and its infrastructure (including water activities: large swimming pools, including a wave pool, slides, rafting river, ...) - for a fee -.
On-site: grocery shop, bakery, newspapers, restaurants, tourist office and twice a week a market.
The location of Pont-Royal allows quick access to all services and shops in Mallemort (3km) or Salon-de-Provence.
Within a radius of 30 to 40 minutes by car, you can visit the Luberon, Avignon and its papal city, Aix-en-Provence, Saint-Remy de Provence and Les Baux de Provence thanks to Pont-Royal's ideal location. The sea in Marseille and its Calanques, Cassis, Saint Cyr sur Mer, Bandol and on the Côte Bleue (Carry le Rouet and Sausset les Pins).
The house is accessible by train if you arrive at Avignon TGV station (in less than 2 hours and 31 minutes from Paris), with the possibility of renting a car at the station. If you are travelling by car, there is access via the A7 motorway less than 10 km away. Marseille-Marignane airport can be reached via the motorway in 50 minutes.

In high season, arrivals/departures are prioritised on Sunday to facilitate access for people coming from far away. Please enquire in advance by message to facilitate reception set-up.
