A wonderful place to enjoy the beach located two minutes walk from the house. The apartment located in the heart of the village will allow you to access its restaurants and supermarkets and even move comfortably to Barcelona by public transport, as the train is located five minutes walk from the house. ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT: Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, can be joined or separated. Common area: sofa bed in dining area. Dining room and kitchenette: equipped with all appliances and utensils. Bathrooms: 2 complete. Terrace: 2 terraces, sun all day and fabulous sea views.
Relaxation area with outdoor furniture. There is a parking inside the building which is free. Heating and air conditioning. WIFI ENVIRONMENT: Very quiet and safe, centrally located.
Next to the duplex are supermarkets, stores, the famous "chiringuitos" beach and a variety of restaurants in the same town with a very remarkable quality. Endless promenade where you can make pleasant walks listening to the waves of the sea, or do sports activities (adapted bike path).
Also, you can make several hiking trails through the mountains, starting the route from the same village and towards El Montnegre and Corredor.
Supermarket: five minutes walking. HOW TO GET AROUND: Location: the house is located 40km. from the center of Barcelona, 50 minutes by train (Plaza Catalunya).
The train station is a two minute walk from the house.
A 45 minute drive from the wonderful beaches and coves of the Costa Brava.
Perfect location for sightseeing in the city as well as to enjoy the coast of Maresme and the Costa Brava. Check-in from 17:00 to 21:00. Late Check-in 21:00 to 23:00 for an extra fee. After 23:00, NO check-in is possible We are in a residential neighborhood, where by municipal regulations from 10 pm (Friday and Saturday night) and 9 pm the rest of the days, playing loud music and talking loudly is prohibited on this property.
We request you to be considerate with the neighborhood and to avoid unnecessary problems and to enjoy a quiet stay.

The apartment was amazing – clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was super smooth and easy. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Le logement est bien conçu, très bien situé proche de la plage, du centre-ville, et de la gare. Le logement est très bien équipé. Les 2 terrasses sont très appréciées
J’attire votre attention sur le parking qui est un parking « ascenseur » pas adapté à des grosses voitures type suv. Nous avons décidé de louer une place de parking au parking municipal souterrain pour 35€ la semaine après que la porte du parking soit redescendue sur le capot de notre voiture. Il faut rentrer très rapidement dans le parking car la porte automatique se referme rapidement.

Die Wohnung liegt nur zwei Fussminuten vom Strand entfernt und in wenigen Minuten ist man mitten im Ort. Die Wohnung ist im 2. und 3, Stock und ist mit Aufzug gut zu erreichen. Im 2. Stock findet sich ein Bad, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Im 3. Stock dann 2 Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad und 2 Dachterassen sowie ein kleienes Zimmer das nur einen Schrank und Stauraum enthält.
