We present this property completely renovated. The house has two floors. On the main floor there is a spacious hall, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Then we go to the great living room, very bright surrounded by large windows that allow us to enjoy the beautiful views of the town of Canet de Mar and the garden from the sofa. The kitchen, spacious and bright, communicates with the living room and is fully equipped with appliances, household items and a table with its own television. It also has a laundry and ironing room, with washing machine and dryer, for the comfort of its guests. On the second floor, we find the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
