A modern, 3rd-floor apartment, in the heart of Les Houches, perfect for a family or anyone in search of an alpine retreat.

There are wooden floors throughout and the décor is full of alpine charm.
The main living area has a large window with a glass door leading out onto the private balcony, with a table and 4 chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy the view of the mountains.
The living room has a sofa, a covered fireplace and a flat-screen TV.
Close by is the wooden dining table which seats 4 people.
The kitchenette, next to the dining table, is well equipped with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, fondue, raclette and fridge. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. The Mont Blanc Express stops at Les Houches station, for free rail service in the Chamonix Valley, so visitors can easily explore the rest of the Chamonix area, all the way up to Mont Blanc. Central Chamonix is just a 12-minute drive away. Geneva airport is 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.

Ziemlich altes Apartment mit Mont Blanc Blick, aber direkt an der Dorfhauptstr. und 10m von einer Tankstelle. Schlafzimmer unweit der Autobahn. Man sollte Fenster und den Fensterladen schließen für weniger Lärm.
Das Badezimmer könnte neue Fliesen und Verfugungen gebrauchen.
