The house is located in the village of La Franca in Ribadedeva.

The house has two floors with access from one to the other by two flights of stairs. On the ground floor, kitchen, living-dining room, single bedroom and bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two 0'90 beds. There is also an additional bathroom with shower and hydromassage column.

Outside the house there is a small plot of land next to the house for parking.

Places of tourist interest close to the house are the Villa Indiana de Colombres and its houses of Indiana architecture and the Archivo de Indianos or Quinta Guadalupe, the surroundings of the Cueva del Pindal in Pimiango, the village of Noriega, the beaches of La Franca and Mendía, the fishing village of Bustio...
