The attractive Casa Viko in southernmost Istrian town Premantura offers accommodation for up to eight visitors.

The terrace is especially eye-pleasing and comfortable, with an area for outside dining and leisure, outdoor fireplace and a jacuzzi that's perfectly blended with the rest of the exterior.
On top of this, the house is incredibly close to the seaside – so you're only 500 meters away from the beach and the beautiful blue Adriatic.

Premantura is the southernmost inhabited place in Istrian peninsulaknown for its kind people and fine gastronomy. It also has a specific microclimate. It's surrounded by sea on three sides, so it’s frequently windy. That serves several good causes – the winds are refreshing during the summer, they chase away the rain clouds and are good for water sports. This little townis also the entrance to the protected landscape Kamenjak that amazes the visitors from all places with its pretty beaches and numerous endemic plants and animals.
