When you leave, the villa must be vacated by 10am at the latest, and you will be given a contact person for check-out.
The villa must be left clean in its entirety and particularly the kitchen (clean, dry and tidy crockery, and rubbish bags removed...).
Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge of €140.
