Nachteil : Ist Im Kellergeschoss gelegen, mann hat fast kein Aussicht.
Nicht so schlimm für ein paar Tagen, aber nicht geeignet für mehr als drie oder vier tagen / nächte. Oder bei schlechtes Wetter wenn mann heimbleiben muß oder will.
