We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villers-sur-Mer, this charming flat with swimming pool, of a surface of 48 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.
Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.

The flat, which faces north-east, is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area for 4 guests. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a TV and access to a small balcony. - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A 7 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the nice days Common area: - A shared (heated) swimming pool with two pools, including one for children, enclosed by a fence and open from June 15 to September 15 (opening dates non-contractual). For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer. The flat is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment within a secure residence with a 3.5 hectare park with a tennis court.
You will be able to benefit from a 15-minute walk to the town centre with all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Nearby: - Villers beach located at 1 km (13 minutes on foot). - Greenwich Meridian 1.9 km (22 minutes walk). - Casino Tranchant with cinema, restaurant and miniature golf course 1.8 km (20 minutes walk). - Deauville 8.6 km (15 minutes drive). - Caen 45 km away (42 minutes by car). Activities : Renting this accommodation will allow you to take advantage of a multitude of activities: walks along the coast, discovery of the cliffs of the black cows and the Meridian of Greenwich, visit to the Paleospace museum, swimming, mini-golf, horse riding, tennis, volleyball, boulodrome, paragliding, nautical pole, swimming, children's karting and riding school... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the residence's car park. Le Greenwich "Très bon séjour calme, apaisant très beau paysage et beau logement propre. Comme sur la photo mieux en vrai.
Difficile à trouver car l’adresse n’était pas la bonne . Mais l’hôte a était très réactif et nous à accompagner jusqu’au logement, qui était pas très loin
La piscine était fermée parcontre alors que c’était indiqué qu’elle était ouverte."
