Welcome to our charming wooden attic apartment! Enjoy a cozy atmosphere and two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds measuring 200 x 100 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a dining area.
The living room invites you to relax with a breathtaking view of Riezlern.
TV programs are, of course, available.
A guest toilet in the basement and the option to use a washing machine (for a fee) complete your holiday experience. Arrive, take a deep breath, enjoy your vacation, on the sunny hill of Riezlern. Our holiday apartment in a sunny wooden house is located very close to the Parsennbahn – ideal if you want to start your day in the valley ski area in just a few minutes' walk and come home comfortably in the evening. Quietly located yet well-connected: the bus stop is only approx. 150 m away, and you can reach the center of Riezlern in about 3 minutes by car or about 15 minutes on foot. The spacious 3-room apartment offers space for up to 4–5 adults and is perfect for families or friends traveling together who still want their own space.
Children are very welcome; we are happy to provide a crib upon request. Features & Comfort The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine.
Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, and laundry service are also available upon request. Practical & Pleasant 2 free parking spaces directly in front of the house Ski/bike room for your own use on the ground floor Non-smoking apartment (smoking is permitted near the entrance or, in good weather, on the sunny garden seating area available to our guests) Pets are not allowed Arrival/Departure Check-in: from 3:00 PM (if you arrive earlier, you are welcome to park your car and perhaps go for a coffee) Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest Minimum stay: 7 days (shorter stays from 5 days only upon request) Tourist tax: an additional €4.40 per person/day Inquire now, we look forward to hearing from you! Our house is located directly on the right side (first house on the right).
