Thanks to its location close to the beach, the house lives up to its name. This attractive, modern 3-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor with two balconies and a wonderful 30 square metre roof terrace with lounge furniture, which invites you to relax with a view of the sea. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob is integrated into the combined living and dining area. Here you can spend pleasant hours together with friends and family at the large dining table or relax in the sofa area at the end of the day. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. There is a double bed (180 x 200 cm) in the first bedroom and two single beds (100 x 200 cm each) in the second bedroom. The large, modern bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, and there is also a guest WC. Laundry facilities are available in the house. Car parking space included.

The holiday flat offers our guests Wi-Fi included during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linen and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.
