Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: large living room kitchen with pellet stove (pellets [provided]) opening onto the terrace and the veranda, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), a shower room (with Italian shower and basin), a separate toilet, a pantry/laundry room/storage.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each: 2 single beds 90x200 that can be combined on prior request), a bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), a large relaxation landing with reading games.
TV connected internet and speaker too.

Completely independent contemporary gîte on enclosed grounds of 700 m² with wooden terrace of 71 m².

Location & surroundings
On the privileged site of Ile Grande with wild landscapes and privileged environment, you will find on the spot at the same time: small port, strikes, beaches, nautical center, fishing on foot, small shops and creperies without forgetting the essential : station of the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO) where you have to stop.
The ballet of the tides is particularly marked and important there so much so that it completely transforms the landscapes and the accesses.
Walking the customs path is part of the Béaba and even in both directions!
Everything is rapture and in all weathers!
On 'the continent': Pleumeur Bodou offers a leisure park with multiple structures just 5.5 km away (telecom city, Brittany planetarium, playful Gallic village, etc.).
A little further north: Trégastel and Perros Guirec unveil their Côte de Granit Rose with the village of Ploumanac'h as the highlight!
So much space, taste and comfort for this gite in an exceptional location.

Ecellent séjour dans une maison très bien équipée, très agréable et lumineuse. Notre chien a apprécié le grand terrain clos.L'île grande est un très bel endroit pour se ressourcer et la région est magnifique. Encore merci au propriétaires très sympathiques et attentionnés.
