The ground floor features the heart of the house, a cozy eat-in kitchen with a homely tiled stove and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, and much more.
The corner bench provides ample seating for 8 people.
A bathroom with a bathtub and sink, a separate toilet, a cloakroom, and one double bedroom are also located on the ground floor.
The upper floor has 3 additional double bedrooms (2 with flat-screen TVs) and a bathroom with a shower/toilet.
Another highlight is the large covered veranda with tables and benches, as well as sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
Next to the cabin is the ski room with boot heaters. The Chrisanten Thaya alpine hut is your personal retreat, high above the Gaislachalm settlement, just about 7 km from the center of Sölden.
Surrounded by impressive mountains and breathtaking nature, you will experience pure tranquility, genuine alpine atmosphere, and an unforgettable vacation here – whether in summer on over 300 km of hiking trails or in winter directly in the ski area with 147 km of slopes and ski-in/ski-out opportunities.
The rustic self-catering hut for up to eight people has been renovated with great attention to detail.
Inside, you will find a cozy eat-in kitchen with a large tiled stove, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a modernly equipped kitchen.
The large covered veranda invites you to enjoy your morning coffee with a panorama or relax in the sun. Optionally, from 6 PM onwards, the wellness area with an infinity outdoor pool in the nearby Hotel Silbertal (200 m away) is available for an extra charge. Here you start every day with sunshine, mountain views, and the feeling of having arrived – active, relaxed, and completely at peace. Included: WiFi, ski room with boot dryer, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, firewood for the tiled stove are provided; electricity for heating and electrical appliances is sufficiently available; coffee beans for the automatic coffee machine and enough carbon dioxide for the SodaStream (mineral water), a charcoal grill in summer (please bring your own grill briquettes or charcoal). Exclusive: Local tax, use of the wellness area with sauna, infrared cabin, steam bath & the new heated infinity outdoor pool – each from 6:00 PM onwards at Hotel Silbertal (approx. 200 m away), bread roll service: ordering and pick-up of bread rolls at Hotel Silbertal. Miscellaneous: The deposit of €200,- must be transferred together with the final payment (14 days before arrival). Upon proper waste separation and a damage-free handover of the Thaya, it will of course be refunded to your account. Parking is available at Gasthof Silbertal; from there it is about 200 m to the hut. Depending on road conditions, an all-wheel-drive vehicle or snow chains are recommended. Summer arrival: Direct access to the hut is possible via a forest road.

Von der Buchung bis zum Check-Out tolle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeber-Familie.
Die Hütte ist ein Traum für Menschen, die etwas Ruhe suchen und dennoch nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchten. Sehr gute Ausstattung, herrlicher Ausblick und bei Nacht ein traumhafter Sternenhimmel. Dafür lohnt sich die etwas längere Anfahrt über eine befestigte Schotterstraße auf 2000 Meter Höhe.

Die Chrisanten Thaya ist eine sehr schöne Selbstversorger-Hütte. Sie liegt abgelegen am Hang mit toller Aussicht in der Nähe vom Hotel Silbertal. Sie ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles: Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, wirklich genügend Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck und eine gut gepflegte Kaffeemaschine (Vollautomat).
Für uns hat alles gepasst.
