Lovely terraced villa with garden and barbecue, just a few minutes from the beach and the Cefalù seafront.

Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays in tranquillity, the villa, situated on the ground floor, has a tiled patio furnished with a dining table and a sun lounger, from which there is direct access to the bright open-plan living room which has a comfortable sofa, a television set on a bookcase, a dining table and a well-equipped American kitchen complete with kettle, oven and all the necessary cooking utensils.

The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a large French window making it very bright, while the second has a single bed and a bunk bed, a desk, ideal for working from home, and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.

The villa's strong point is the large garden full of plants, furnished with a dining table and a kitchenette complete with barbecue, perfect for enjoying excellent meals in the open air.

Guests can enjoy comforts such as air conditioning in the living room and free wi-fi.

An outdoor parking space will be available for guests.

The wonderful town of Cefalù offers one of the best beaches in Sicily. It is known for its Norman Cathedral, a 12th century fortress-like structure with elaborate Byzantine mosaics and tall twin towers, and nearby you can visit the Mandralisca Museum with its archaeological exhibits. For an excursion with a view of the sea, the Rocca di Cefalù, also called 'U Castieddu' by the locals, is not to be missed. It is a beautiful fortress whose summit houses the ruins of the medieval castle. The Cefalù coastline offers wonderful crystal-clear waters and golden beaches for fun and relaxation, in a Mediterranean climate where you can breathe clear air.
